Last updated: 27 October 2026. Operated by PT Jacks Food Indonesia ("WAU", "we"). These terms apply to creators who authorize the WAU Creator Studio application and to anyone who uses the api.wauvideo.com services.
With your authorization, WAU can upload video or image content to the inbox (drafts) of your TikTok account. You decide whether to edit, add a product link, and publish that content. WAU never publishes on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 and the owner of the TikTok account you authorize. You can revoke the authorization at any time in TikTok's settings; after revocation WAU stops sending content to you.
Content provided by WAU may only be used to promote WAU products on TikTok. You agree to disclose paid partnerships and to follow TikTok Shop and Indonesian content rules (including AI-generated content labels). You agree not to modify the product shown or claim effects not stated on the product packaging.
Any publishing reward, video fee, commission or voucher is governed by the program rules sent to you when you enroll (reply IKUT / IKUT POSTING). Rewards are paid in Indonesian rupiah after review; non-qualifying content earns nothing. WAU may change program rules for a future period with prior notice.
When you enroll in the video program you grant WAU a non-exclusive license to use the videos you submit for advertising and for editing new videos. Clips in which your face appears are only used in videos made for your own account unless you agree otherwise. The terms you accept at enrollment, including their version and date, are recorded.
The service is provided as is. WAU is not responsible for TikTok platform decisions, outages, or for content you choose to publish.

Dengan otorisasi Anda, WAU dapat mengunggah video atau gambar ke kotak masuk (draf) akun TikTok Anda. Anda sendiri yang memutuskan untuk mengedit, menambahkan tautan produk, dan memposting. WAU tidak pernah memposting atas nama Anda.
Anda harus berusia minimal 18 tahun dan pemilik akun TikTok yang diotorisasi. Otorisasi dapat dicabut kapan saja di pengaturan TikTok; setelah dicabut WAU berhenti mengirim konten.
Konten dari WAU hanya boleh dipakai untuk mempromosikan produk WAU di TikTok. Anda setuju mengungkapkan kemitraan berbayar dan mematuhi aturan TikTok Shop serta aturan konten Indonesia (termasuk label konten AI). Anda tidak mengubah produk yang ditampilkan dan tidak mengklaim manfaat yang tidak tertulis di kemasan.
Bonus publikasi, fee video, komisi, atau voucher diatur oleh aturan program yang dikirim saat Anda mendaftar (balas IKUT / IKUT POSTING). Imbalan dibayar dalam rupiah setelah review; konten yang tidak lolos tidak mendapat imbalan. WAU dapat mengubah aturan untuk periode berikutnya dengan pemberitahuan.
Saat mendaftar program video, Anda memberi WAU lisensi non-eksklusif untuk memakai video yang Anda kirim untuk iklan dan untuk mengedit video baru. Potongan video yang menampilkan wajah Anda hanya dipakai untuk video akun Anda sendiri kecuali Anda setuju lain. Versi dan tanggal ketentuan yang Anda setujui dicatat.
Layanan disediakan apa adanya. WAU tidak bertanggung jawab atas keputusan platform TikTok, gangguan, atau konten yang Anda pilih untuk diposting.
